Our Provincial coordinators

The Educators’ Trade Union of Zambia (EdTUZ) is proud to have a strong network of Provincial Coordinators who serve as key links between the union's national leadership and our members in all ten provinces of Zambia. These dedicated individuals ensure that EdTUZ remains responsive, accessible, and effective at the grassroots level.

Each Provincial Coordinator is committed to supporting teachers in their respective provinces by:

• Facilitating membership recruitment and registration

• Providing accurate information about EdTUZ’s mission, values, and services

• Coordinating union activities and communication within the province

• Supporting teachers with queries, concerns, and representation when needed

• Collecting feedback from members and contributing to union decision-making

Through our Provincial Coordinators, EdTUZ ensures that every teacher—no matter where they are in Zambia—has a voice and access to the support they need.
